1. Do you still charge for electricity?
No, we no longer charge extra for electricity. Unlike when we first started, unlimited electricity usage is now included free of charge in your stay, based on feedback from our valued guests.
2. Are the villas accessible for guests with disabilities or limited mobility?
Yes, our villas are designed for accessibility. Each villa has a private garage connected to a private elevator that services all floors, ensuring ease of access for guests with limited mobility.
3. Do all your villas have sea views?
Yes, all of our villas boast expansive 180-degree sea views visible from large private infinity pools. Visit the individual villa pages for specific views.
4. Can we cook in the villa?
Absolutely. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ facilities. If you want your fridge stocked with fresh ingredients upon arrival, please contact us in advance.
5. What amenities are provided in the villa?
Our villas include bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, TV and audio equipment, basic toiletries, and games. For more specific needs, please contact us prior to your stay.
6. Do all Samui Sunsets Villas have washing machines?
Most of our villas are equipped with washing machines. We also offer laundry services. If your villa has a washing and dryer machine and leftover laundry soap, you can use these facilities free of charge. Please confirm with us for more details.
7. Does each villa have a private pool? What are the dimensions?
Yes, all our villas feature private infinity pools with stunning sea views. Pool sizes vary but average around 10 x 4 meters.
8. Can you provide a baby cot and high chair?
Yes, baby cots and high chairs are available in all villas at no extra charge. Please inform us before your arrival if you require either.
9. Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included, but we recommend our trusted partner, Boklee, for breakfast delivery. They offer six different breakfast sets starting at THB 250 per set. Contact us the night before to place your order.
10. How far are the villas from the beach?
While our villas do not have direct beach access, Samrong Beach and Choengmon Beach are less than a 5-minute drive away. Our staff can assist with arranging transport to these beautiful beaches.
11. How far is Samui Sunsets from the city center?
We are conveniently located, just a 5-minute drive from Choengmon village and a 15-minute drive from Chaweng Beach, which is the main hub for shopping, dining, and nightlife on the island.
12. Do we need to rent a car, or can we walk everywhere?
We offer complimentary pick-up service upon arrival. We suggest checking in first before deciding whether to rent a car or scooter. While some amenities are within walking distance, many guests prefer renting motorbikes or using taxis, which are affordable and easily accessible.
13. How can I verify which villa I booked?
Each villa is marketed individually. You can view photos and details by clicking on the villa's name. If you're unsure which villa you booked, please contact us, and we will clarify immediately.
14. Do you offer transfer services?
Yes, we offer free one-way transfers to/from the airport or nearby locations like Bangrak Pier. Transfers to other piers or distant places are charged separately. Please inform us of your travel details to arrange your transfer.
15. Where exactly are you located?
We are located on the serene northeast peninsula of Koh Samui, next to the Ritz Carlton Samui and near other luxury resorts like Six Senses and Samujana Villas. While we don’t have direct beach access, two of the island's best beaches, Samrong and Choengmon, are just a short drive away. Our team can assist with transport.

17. How can I hire a private chef?
You can directly contact our recommended private chefs. Pre-arrival, we will provide you with a brochure listing their services. You can negotiate dates, menus, and prices with them directly for the best rates.
18. How will I communicate with my Villa Manager during my stay?
A few days before your arrival, we will set up a WhatsApp group chat for seamless communication with our management team. You can also use this platform to arrange activities, taxis, massages, and more.
19. Can you accommodate multiple airport pick-ups for groups arriving on different flights?
We can accommodate multiple airport pick-ups; however, only one pick-up is complimentary. Additional pick-ups are charged at THB 500.
20. What if our group has more people than initially planned? Is there an extra charge?
Each villa has a set capacity for safety and insurance reasons. If you need additional space, extra single rollaway beds can be provided for a fee, subject to availability. Please contact us for the details.
21. What is your policy on refunds for non-refundable reservations?
Non-refundable reservations are generally not eligible for refunds. However, if you have a compelling reason, please email us, and we will review your request.
22. Can I check in early?
Early check-in is subject to availability and is more likely during non-busy periods. Contact us to request early check-in, and we will do our best to accommodate you free of charge.
23. Can I check out late?
Late check-out is also subject to availability and is more likely during non-busy periods. Please contact us to request a late check-out, and we will try to offer this complimentary service if possible.
24. What should I do if my flight arrives early and early check-in is not possible?
If early check-in is not possible, we can hold your luggage while you explore the area or relax at the beach. We will prioritize preparing your villa and notify you as soon as it is ready.
25. What should I do if my flight leaves late and late check-out is not possible?
If late check-out is not possible, you may leave your luggage with us and enjoy your day until you are ready to head to the airport. We will arrange a taxi for your convenience.
26. What should I do if I have not received a refund for a canceled reservation?
First, verify if your reservation was non-refundable. If you booked directly with us, email info@samuisunsets.com for an update. If your booking was through a third-party website like Booking.com or Airbnb, please contact their customer service for assistance.
27. Can I change the dates of my reservation?
Date changes are subject to the same conditions as cancellations. If your reservation is refundable, we will be flexible. Please email us your request at info@samuisunsets.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
